Brianna-Our Honorary Guest @ The Sew & Sows!!

Tuesday evening I took Corey back home and picked up Brianna for her vacation with us. Wednesday is Sew & Sows day and we went to Ingrid's for sewing. Yes, I was proud of Brianna as she had a quilt started for her coming sister (September 8) but I was also proud of all the Sew & Sows as they treated Brianna with such love and respect for her sewing on her own. They welcomed her with open arms!! (Shown above Susan Vicary, Beth Baker, Brianna, and Grandma) Ingrid said as we came in..."Brianna, I'm SO glad you could come and be with us"! Ingrid made us Reuben Wraps that were grilled...(delicious) and we had watermelon for dessert. After-wards we all went to the Pregnancy Resource Center and donated the 20 quilts that we made. They gave us a tour of the new building and it touched my heart to learn of the many young girls they are helping. Praise the Lord for their willing hearts to volunteer their time to meet the needs physically, emotionally and spiritually.
